Venus + Saturn → Are you compromising or disappearing inside the relationship?

Venus whispers, “Love and stay,”
Saturn answers, “Work each day,”
So hearts endure what time has planned,
And hold another’s trembling hand.

A wish is folded, tucked away,
A softer “no” becomes “okay,”
One little sacrifice seems small,
Until you cannot hear your call.

You bend to keep the peace alive,
You give so love can still survive,
You swallow words you meant to say,
And slowly lose yourself that way.

[Haiku]
Love bends through the years,
But whose dreams are left behind?
Two hearts, or just one?

Commitment can be strong and deep,
A promise made that hearts can keep,
But love should never ask you to
Erase the self that once was you.

For Venus longs to laugh and bloom,
While Saturn sits inside the room,
Reminding love that time will test
The bonds we call our very best.

So give, but keep your inner voice,
Compromise, but keep your choice,
For love that asks your soul to flee
May leave a bond, but not you free.

Perhaps the hardest truth to see
Is love needs space for “I” and “we,”
For when one heart gives all it can,
The relationship may lose the person it began with.
